They don’t have to be home for us to perform the inspection. Simply get a friend or family member to let us in. If we have proof of status, we will perform the inspection at NO COST! (copy of your hospital ID, medical employee registration, pharmacists license, police badge, etc.)
In these difficult times we want to keep our employees and dogs busy and this is the perfect opportunity for us to give back. IF we find something and its easy to clean up, we’ll give you recommendations and not bill you anything. If we find something significant and you are in Kansas City, we will give you a reduced rate for mitigation/remediation. If you are in Texas, we will point the way to a trusted remediator and get you the “HERO” discount.
A mold assessment technician will come to your home accompanied by Mason, our professionally trained mold sniffing dog. Together they will check your home from top to bottom.
This offer is good until May 31, 2020, and dependent upon scheduling availability. All air and other samples taken are sent to a certified lab and you will be provided the report, but no interpretation of that report by us. The cost of the analysis by the lab will be directly billed to you. Residence only, does not apply to commercial facilities.
